- What written evaluations justified a 10-year commitment?
- How does oversight work when compliance categories returned “No Preexisting documents” and policy text is on a vendor site?
- If Organization and Network audit exports are not city records, who holds search logs, and what can Council inspect after the portal’s 30-day window?
- Why does the Police Department’s “Flock Safety” menu send residents to Flock’s host instead of a city-authored evaluation or policy page?
- Is there a city SOP for the fixed Safe City / Flock network, or only the vehicle ALPR order (41.3 / §41.3.9) plus portal text?
- What city-held success criteria, if any, must be met before more Flock / RTCC / DFR spend in the proposed FY 2026–27 budget?
